Vice-director for the scientific research work of the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and SSA of Ukraine, DSc., professor, head of the Department of Engineering Systems Reliability and Durability Volodymyr Poshyvalov gave a scientific report on the topic “Management of physical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys to increase their strength characteristics and use in defense constructions” during the regular meeting of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine held on September 20, 2023. He spoke about the results obtained by scientists regarding the management of physical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys to increase their strength characteristics and use in special purpose structures.
In the discussion of the report, the scientific leader of the Educational and Scientific Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering Institute of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorskyi Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, the corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Mykola Bobir and the acting dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, DSc, professor Anatolii Sanin.
