The Institute of Technical Mechanics of the NASU and SSAU was a co-organizer of the International Scientific Conference “Actual Problems of Mechanics” dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the birth of S. P. Tymoshenko. Employees of the Institute with their reports took part in the second day of the conference at the meeting of the section “Mechanics of rocket and space systems and technical mechanics”. 16 sectional and poster presentations were heard. Based on the results of the work, several articles will be published in the “Applied Mechanics” journal of the S. P. Tymoshenko Institute of Mechanics of the NAS of Ukraine.
