Hanna H. Kudrytska has been working at the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and SSA of Ukraine since 1989: in the department of hydromechanical systems dynamics at the positions of engineer (1989 – 1997), leading engineer (1997 – 2002), as the head of the department of scientific and technical information and organization of scientific research – from 2002 to the present.
From 1984 to 1989, she studied at the Dnipropetrovsk State University at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, specializing in “Mathematics”, which she graduated with honors.
She manages organizational work on planning and coordination of the scientific and technical activities of the institute in order to ensure control of the implementation of the thematic plan of the National Development and Reform Commission and scientific developments of the institute, preparation of current and operational reporting by higher organizations on all research activities.
She develops normative documents on scientific and organizational activities of the institute.
She provides methodical assistance in formulating proposals for the opening of new research works on competitive and departmental topics; organizes preparation for evaluation of obtained results and acceptance of completed research works.
She performs work on the organization and holding of competitions for vacant positions for scientific workers; contests for scholarships of the President of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for young scientists; the organization of admission to postgraduate and doctoral studies of the institute, the certification of postgraduate students; to provide scientific and methodological guidance in the conduct of patent research in the planning and execution of scientific research works and the issuance of reports on patent research; preparation of documents for fee payment for actions related to obtaining and maintaining the validity of patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs.
