Svitlana A. Khotyun works in the planning and production department of the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the NAS of Ukraine and SSA of Ukraine since 01/03/1994 as an engineer-economist, since 01/06/1994 as an engineer-economist of the 1st category, since 1996 as a leading engineer, since 14/04/1999 she held the position of a group supervisor, since 01/11/2016 as the head of the planning and production department. Since 02/05/2019, she has been working at the PVV as the head of the department.
She manages the planning and financing of R&DW in accordance with the prepared estimates for general and special funds.
She monitors the use of funds in order to ensure the most appropriate use of material, financial and labor resources.
Organizes the work: on the formation of prospective and current financial plans of the Institute’s research projects; preparation of requests for the discovery of new topics for scientific research in terms of economic justification; on statistical reporting.
Leads the work on drawing up the staff schedule for the current year based on the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
